    Once a little used dining room, this space was redesigned to accommodate a comfortable home office. This reapportionment also allowed space for the laundry room to be moved inside the home from its former inconvenient location in the garage.

    The warm and relaxing atmosphere of this great room began with the client’s love of flyfishing. The deep hues for the walls are pulled from the Tibetan hand knotted rug. Colors and textures together enhance a wonderful art collection.

    Architectural elements and travertine floors are softened by the repeated pattern movement in the area rug, chandelier and wrought iron stair rail of this Jacksonville home.

    Brightly colored and whimsical, this guest room welcomes. The leather and iron headboard adds an unexpected touch to the “ranch” theme and updates furniture recycled from a previous master bedroom.

    Counter to ceiling mirror surrounded by a beautiful frame makes an elegantly finished statement in the design and construction of this master bath.

    The kitchen in this Woodside, California home was completely gutted and transformed to sustain the ebb and flow of busy lives. The ceiling was raised, new lighting, cabinets and chunky granite countertops were added for a look that is the synthesis of modern and traditional styles.

    From deep blues, to teal, to apple green, the landscape above the newly designed mantle was the inspiration for the upbeat and lively color scheme of this family room.

    Prior to its transformation this living room was completely separate from the rest of the house and thus, little used. The large opening to the left was added which greatly enhances the traffic flow and the light from the windows now washes into the adjacent hallway.
